    If I could go lower I would payed 16.50 for a sweet and sour pork that was that small it wouldn't have even filled my 3 year old son there were only 8 pieces of pork to top it off had no flavor at all wen I went to complain one person ignored me and the ather one could only say sorry we are normally better no refund offered or price reduction will not be going back again worset sweet and sour I have ever had

    Sweet and sour pork was burnt and dry, rice tasted like it had been cooked in something that had been used to burn something. Not really good at all. Seascapes has a much better restaurant.

    Food was terrible. We both were sick later that night. Worst Chinese we have ever eaten. Chinese from the food court at forum taste better ! Driving into town from now on.

    The best Chinese in Mandurah . Tasty food and large servings. Our favourite and we have tried plenty This ones the best not just in Mandurah but the whole WA.
